I am from a family of fishing persons and fishing is in my blood big time. Fishing had taken a bit of a back seat to my horseback riding, but I have since sold my horses and am so focused on fishing and getting up to the beauty and serenity of the mountains. I decided to purchase a kayak last year which opened a whole new world for me. It was difficult for me to have to depend on other people to take me in their boats. I love fishing from a boat, shore and stream fishing. Although I don't mind kayak fishing on my own, fishing with a friend can be such fun. If you have a regular motor-type boat, I've been around them a lot and believe in helping as much as I can. Happy fishing!

Well i been fishing most of my life mostly spin casting and got really good at it .i was making my own custom lures.but i started fishing with my friend who was flyer and found myself watching him fish more than I was myself. So I bought a book started reading on fly fishing and the rest is history. I love to fly fish the rivers I've done a few Lakes but mostly rivers. My friend I used to fish with has different days off he works weekends and his hours are different. I've been fishing alone for a couple years now which is okay but would be nice to have someone to fish with.

Western Profit is operated by Alaska Raven Guides and sleeps six. Food and salt water gear provided onboard. Fish salmon and halibut in mornings and streams in evenings.
